These sprint and mini sprint indoor triathlons will be at the Henry County YMCA. Both events are non-scored and are great for beginners wanting to enter the sport of triathlon. The swim will be in the indoor 25yard pool, the bike will be in an indoor spin studio and the run will be indoor on a treadmill or outdoor (your choice!).
Be sure to select your preferred starting time when registering. Each time slot has only 13 spots!
Sprint Triathlon- 400 yard swim, 45 min indoor bike, 5k run
Start Time: 9:15am
Fees- YMCA Member: $20 Non YMCA Member: $25
Mini Sprint Triathlon- 50 yard swim, 20 minute indoor bike, 1 mile run
Start Time: 11:00am
Fees- YMCA Member: $15 Non YMCA Member: $20
