Autocar will draw the names of the 3 lucky people at 10:45am!  YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.  Remember: you get 5 tickets in the drawing if you registered on May 27 or earlier.  After then you get 1.

Parking

Plenty of parking will be available in the airfield parking lot near the boat launch at the reservoir.  Please follow the directions of the parking team.

Packet Pick Up

Will be at Cycling and Fitness Warehouse on Friday June 1st from 3p-7p.   They are located at 213 North 3rd Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374.  You MUST present your USAT card and I.D.

Race day packet pickup will be from 6a-7a at the race site.

Mandatory Pre Race Meeting

All participants will need to attend the pre race meeting at 7:30a at the finish line.  Important information will be given.

Course

Swim- this 400 yard course will be a time trial start with 1 wave at the front.  If you think you can place in the top 5 overall please step forward at the swim start and we will send you off in a group.  All other athletes will go off in 5 second intervals.  Course Map

Bike- The 13.4 mile bike course will leave the reservoir and follow Reid Parkway passing Reid Hospital and cross IN-27.  From there it will go north under I-70 and loop around on county roads and return the same way to the reservoir.  Course Map

Run- The 3.1 mile run will leave Middle Fork Reservoir, wind through the surrounding streets and then return to the Reservoir for the finish.  There will be aid-stations at miles 1 and 2 stocked with water, Gatorade and volunteers!  Course Map

Duathlon

The run will be the same for the 1st & 2nd leg.

Aquabike Finish

When aquabikers finish the bike they will need to run to the finish line about 400 yards down the road.  Bring your running shoes!  This added run to the finish will not be added to your overall time.  It is no fun finishing in the transition area!

Timing Chip

Every athlete will receive a timing chip that must be worn at all times.  Please make sure that it is securely fastened to your ankle during the entire race.

Team members- make sure you switch the timing chip between each leg of the race.

Bike / Bib #s

Your bib number needs to be displayed on the front of your body, at least on the run portion of the race.  Your bike number will need to be attached to your top tube or seat tube.

Race Day Agenda

6:00am- transition area opens
6:00am-7:00am- packet pickup / race day registration (pavilion near boat launch)
7:30am- mandatory pre race meeting
8:00am- race starts (fast swim wave, duathlon)
8:02am- TT swim start

Post Race Food

A post race meal will be served to all athletes.  Menu includes: hamburgers, hotdogs, potatoe salad, chips & cookies.  Spectators can purchase a meal for $5.

Your bib # will be your meal ticket.  Please present it when getting your food.
