Run Course (done twice)

Athletes will head south from the start line to begin the run course.  It is an out and back run with plenty of non-stop rolling hills for your liking!  There will be aid stations at miles 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, & 5.  Each aid station is equipped with water, Gatorade, Hammer Gel and plenty of volunteers.

5k Course

10k Course

Bike Course

The bike course is a 20k loop around the reservoir.  Athletes will head north out of transition to begin the loop.  It features plenty of rolling hills which make for a fast but challenging course.  There are only 5 turns: 4 left & 1 right.  Security will be at every turn and at each main crossroad.  Watch the course video below:
